Motor Trade Jobs / Automotive Vacancies: Automotive Paint Sprayer Required For Main Dealer Bodyshop - Yeovil
Our client, an Automotive Accident Repair Centre in the Yeovil area, is looking to hire an experienced Paint Sprayer for their Established Bodyshop.
You will ideally live in the Somerset area or be able to travel to the Yeovil area. Our client is ideally looking for an ATA registered Paint Sprayer, however this is not essential for the role.
This is an excellent opportunity for a fully qualified Paint Sprayer to join a well established Accident Repair Centre. You will prepare vehicles to be resprayed, mix paints to ensure a perfect match and respray vehicles, checking on completion ensuring there are no defects.
Duties may include:
* Supporting paint technicians in their work
* Ensuring all parts have been stripped from the vehicle in preparation for painting
* Sanding down relevant areas and adjoining areas for blending
* Ensuring that areas to be treated are properly masked out
* Etching and priming area to be treated
* Matching and selecting colour chips and mixing colours
* Ensuring that all work is finished to an acceptable standard
Our client has a constant flow of vehicles going through the workshop so the ideal candidate for the job must be able to work to targets with the large amount of work coming through the body shop but most important be able to produce a high quality of workmanship.
For your hard work our client is offering a competitive hourly rate depending on experience based upon working a 45 hour week.
