Employer Engagement Consultant: The role.

* This position for an Employer Engagement Consultant is a Full Time Permanent role based in the Gloucestershire region
* This Home Based role requires an outgoing, bubbly, sales driven individual to join the ranks of one of my most reputable training providers
* We are looking for someone who has the sales ability and natural flair to really hit the ground running, working closely with the Business Development Manager and the sales team in Gloucester you will be driving the first step of sales and ensuring a sustainable pipeline of business is flourishing
* Whilst sustaining a pipeline of business for my client you are also employed for your knowledge, my client is looking for applicants to constantly be looking at the future of the company bringing new and fresh ideas to drive profitability overall
* The successful applicant will be flexible within the post as the Managing Director may determine additional projects from time to time
* With attractive commission structure and bonuses to be discussed at interview... this is the opportunity you can get your teeth stuck into
* Salary for the role is ??18,000 - ??22,000 per annum

* After hitting targets you can expect to receive an additional ??50 for signing up learners.
