This national fire and security systems installer and service provider require an account manager to ensure that the relationship with the customer is first class and built on the highest levels of customer service, enabling long-term customer retention, as well as maximising all commercial possibilities.
The successful applicant will have overall responsibility for the profitability of a number of maintenance contract accounts from initial bid support, contract mobilisation, through to management of KPI's and delivery of SLA's as well as customer relationship management.
Covering the Bristol and surrounding area, this position comes with a basic salary of up to ??40,000, commission, car and package. The OTE for this role will be (c)??50,000 (uncapped).
Candidates for this role must have god technical knowledge of fire detection and electronic security systems as well as good knowledge of all current regulations (fire detection knowledge being of primary importance), Sound management, excellent communications and interpersonal skills, industry experience, the ability to develop and maintain customer relationships, a high level of commercial awareness are all pre-requisites for this interesting role, as is a full driving licence
