The Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) is Scotland's national flood forecasting, flood warning and strategic flood risk management authority. Excellent communication and customer service is right at the heart of this, and we have two vacancies in the Flood Unit which play a vital part in making it happen.
The Senior Engagement and Customer Services Officer and Communications Officer posts provide expert advice and communications around all SEPA's flooding functions. In particular, they are key members of the team which delivers awareness campaigning, customer services, education and professional partner and public engagement for Scotland's national flood warning service, Floodline.
