An excellent opportunity has become available within a modern, elderly and dementia specialist, nursing home near Yeovil. This home has been recognised for their investment of continued support and development of their staff.
They are looking for a Staff Nurse to cover full time or part time night shifts within the home, 12 hours, at an hourly rate of over ??17 per hour.
Your roles and responsibilities as Staff Nurse at the home may include
Staff appraisals/supervisions team meetings
Care planning implementation evaluating
Administration of medicines
Infection control
Risk assessments
Nutritional assessment
Venepuncture
Palliative care
Dementia care
First aid
Observing and recording the condition of patients
Responding to emergencies
