The position vacant at present is for an Aftermarket Manager, to develop and implement the company's strategy for both Sales & Operations. The position will also involve working closely with the Service & Parts departments, ensuring achievement of targets agreed with the Sales director, managing and reporting against agreed KPIs and identifying issues and implementing corrective actions to ensure Servicing & Parts opportunities are maximised.

The successful candidate will also be expected to oversee a portfolio of key accounts ensuring all expectations are met as well as working alongside the Utility Service Manager to support framework agreements.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

* Proven experience in Aftermarket Business Management.
* Good Commercial awareness.
* Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineer Experience/Qualifications.
* Knowledge and experience in the Generator industry
* Self-motivated leader who is a self-driven individual.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate others
* Ability to develop good customer and team relationships
* Ability to coach and develop a team
