Service Engineer \ Plant Engineer - Plant Equipment \ Forklift Trucks \ Generators
Location: Bristol
*Commutable from Yatton, Backwell, Nailsea, Weston-super-Mare, Bedminster, Pill, Portishead and Avonmouth

Established for over 45 years our client is an established name for the supply & service of a range of Plant \ Access Equipment Industry.
Due to continued expansion and new contracts our client is actively seeking a Service Engineer to be based at their workshop \ depot.
Job Description:
To carry out service and repairs to a range of plant and access equipment, both in the workshop and at customers sites. As a professional Engineer with excellent customer skills you will be responsible for maintaining documentation of all works carried out in line with Health and Safety and Quality procedures.
Additional responsibilities:
* Workshop & Site Service of Access and Plant Equipment
* To accurately complete job sheets, timesheets and purchase requisition and parts paperwork within the required timescales
* To take responsibility for all equipment and tooling (including van/laptop/tablet etc.) and ensure that it is in a safe condition for the type of work being undertaken
* To work to strict planned schedules and deadlines
* Provide excellent customer service
About you:
Ideally but not essential, you will be NVQ qualified and currently working in a position where on a daily basis you are servicing plant equipment, agricultural machinery, power tools, and generators, LGV or HGV's.
The key thing is that you are practiced in in fault finding, service and repair of Hydraulic systems, vehicle mechanics and electrics.
* You must hold a Full UK Licence with no driving convictions
*My client is looking for candiates living in and around the following location: Yatton, Backwell, Nailsea, Weston-super-Mare, Bedminster, Pill, Portishead and Avonmouth
Out client is looking for both experienced, time served Engineers AND Junior Engineers with a passion to progress and willing to work additional overtime hours.
