White Goods Engineer / Domestic Appliance Engineer

All of our appliances are manufactured to the highest quality standards and we have heavily invested in the training and development of our specialist service engineers and this along with ensuring our engineers are supplied with a good stock of spare parts helps us to maintain consistently high customer service and a brilliant first fix rate.
You will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of a wide range of White Goods equipment throughout Gloucester.

We offer products from all the leading equipment brands at highly competitive prices. We work closely with manufacturers to ensure we sell only premium products that can be repaired and serviced by ourselves to give the customer total confidence.
The most popular equipment brands include: AEG, Bosch, Siemens, Zanusi, Miele, Indesit, Whirlpool, Hoover, Candy, Hotpoint etc.
Key Responsibilities:
* Service, maintenance and repair of White Goods equipment
* Fault Finding on White Goods equipment
* Meeting clients - Customer facing position
Essential Qualifications / Experience:
* Relevant White Goods experience
* Experience with Gas cookers and gas ovens
* Minimum 6 months experience working on White Goods equipment in your last role
* F Gas Qualification would be an advantage
* Relevant Gas Qualifications would be an advantage
* Driver's Licence
Package:
* Basic Salary ??23,500 to ??25,500 on a 37 hour week
* Paid door to door
* Overtime paid daily - Anything above your standard 7 hours is classed as paid over time!
* As much or as little overtime offered to engineers
* No On Call rota and weekend work is optional - Giving you a work life balance!
* 34 days holiday - This increases to 35 days holiday after 2 years' service!
