Project Quantity Surveyor
I am looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join a Nationwide UK Engineering and Construction Consultancy. With multiple locations covering the UK in it's entirety, this client boasts an exceptionally high reputation for employee retention and satisfaction, being placed highly in the Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to Work For, and is currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the Commercial Team on the M4/M5 corridor.
Responsibilities of the role include but are not restricted to:
??? Preparing projected cash flows and submitting monthly valuations.
??? Communicating these costs to the Commercial Director and Project Managers involved.
??? Setting out and ensuring the budget for the project is not exceeded.
??? Managing client expectations, plus holding regular site visits to not only maintain relationships but also to assess progress.
Please note that the role is working on a Land Remediation project, so experience in a similar sector would be advantageous.
Experience in a Quantity Surveying role previously is required for the role, along with a relevant qualification such as a Degree in Quantity Surveying
