Systems Engineer
3-month contract
Frome
A global leading Combat Electronic Systems company who supplies to the maritime and defence industries are looking for a Systems Engineer for a 3 months contract.
Systems Engineer purpose:
+ Requirements capture and definition
+ Interface definition
+ Functional Design
+ Assessement of non functional design aspects - environmental qualification
+ Generation of Acceptance criteria and evidence
+ Production of system design documentation
Systems Engineer required skills:
+ An understanding of Test and Measurement methods
+ An understanding of physical and electrical interfaces (RS232/422)
+ Strong understanding of electrical / electronic theory
+ Working knowledge of Naval communications equipment
This role requires Security Clearance to SC Level, so you must have lived and worked in the EU for the past 5 years, and be willing to obtain this level of clearance if you do not already have it.
