My client provides effective personalised support that leads to positive outcomes for adults, young people (who are leaving care and maybe transitioning into adult services) and children across England and Wales.
My client's mission is that their staff ensure that they support and encourage children, young people and adults to recognise and achieve their potential.

They are now looking for a Regional Manager covering South West and South East of England

Salary DOE

Regional Manager Purpose of post:
To lead and direct Operations across all regions and to achieve the highest performance and quality consequently supporting the organisational profit.

Regional Manager Tasks:
To ensure each region is delivering a high quality service to all Young people
Ensure communication is kept live and up to date with all Local Authorities
To liaise with the Business Development Team to ensure a high referral conversion rate
To monitor and understand feedback of non-conversion referrals and act on it accordingly
Ensure staffing versus referrals in managed effectively on a week by week basis.
To ensure safeguarding is of paramount importance, with all internal procedures in place and effective thus working in partnership with relevant agencies
To undertake regular audits of files across all regions
Be aware of any issues within the service delivery and ensure it is resolved in a prompt timescale
Monitor the quality in each region by ensuring a quality assurance systems are in place
Manage Service Managers through formal supervision on a regular basis; ensuring monitoring systems are in place- H&S tracker, Supervision tracker, Pegging in ,
To keep up to date with potential new service and products and present to Managing Director
To ensure outcomes and success of Young people are monitored and celebrated
Ensure TLCC standards are implemented and paperwork is updated for each YP, daily contact,
Weekly reports and outcomes are monitored
Review weekly the pegging in to ensure YP are receiving a good level of support

To work closely with the finance Manager to ensure any costing issues are resolved in a swift timescale
To take a lead role in negotiation and implementation of new developments, partnerships and contracts
To deliver the monthly target both revenue and profit
Ensure each region is productive with staff, not over resourced.

To direct and control the safe, appropriate and efficient delivery of care
To monitor and control the compliance with written policies and procedures for young people resident with The Leaving Care Company Ltd
To ensure the consistency of standards across the organisation
To monitor and control the audit and quality assurance practice across the organisation
To monitor and control complaint handling

To monitor and control the organisations staff models and budgets to ensure regulatory and business requirements are met
To ensure a comprehensive induction of all new staff
To ensure that agency/overtime are monitored and kept to a minimum
To monitor and control the implementation of personnel policies and procedures (i.e. terms and conditions, disciplinary and grievance) in a fair and consistent manner
To monitor and control the performance management system to include the personal management and supervision of staff

To agree the organisational training plan with the Training Manager and in line with referral requests
Ensure the Training Manager is delivering the required mandatory training and is 100%
To ensure the consistent application of training policies and programmes across the service
To support the Training Manager with the achievement of training targets such as NVQ and training expenditure to budget.

To work closely with the H&S Manager to ensure minimal risk across the regions for both employees' and young people
Ensure regional H&S reports are completed and sent to you the H&S manager when requested.
Ensure Health & Safety reports are completed and tracked weekly for each property
To take a lead role in any H&S investigations within the Organisation
Ensure all staff has training on H&S within induction
