Public Relations (PR) Account Manager required by leading marketing and creative agency based in Wotton-under-Edge, nr Bristol / Bath / Gloucester. Starting salary of ??22,000 - ??27,000 a year based on ability and experience. A minimum of 12 months` experience in a PR/marketing/digital agency is essential. Candidates who do not have this experience will not be shortlisted.

We are a multi-award winning marketing agency in the top of our field. We specialise in B2B marketing for the building materials, construction and home improvement markets. We`ve been in the Top 3 of the Construction Marketing Award (CMA) Agency League for 4 years running and this year we`ve been nominated for a record 17 awards.

We want an ambitious PR Account Manager to join our dynamic, growing team and help us expand and stay in the top of the industry agency league. You`ll live in the Bath/Bristol/Gloucestershire/Chepstow area of the UK and must have your own transport.

Our policy is to develop and grow our senior management from within. We will help you learn, prove yourself and develop, helping us grow as you build your career.

You`ll manage 3-5 customers getting to know their markets and the competition. You`ll help devise and develop their overall communications strategies in print, digital, social and online. And get the chance to advise customer senior management on marketing strategy and marketing communications.

Key requirements:
-12 months` agency experience
-Good organisation, working accurately to tight deadlines and staying calm under pressure
-Literate, articulate and confident with excellent communication skills
-Strong team player with a can-do attitude to new tasks and experiences
-Learn quickly about our markets and customers, show initiative, understand their business, win their respect and take ownership of your accounts
-Ability to drive customers` communications in digital, online, social and print media
-Maintain and develop excellent, long-term relationships with customers and the media
-Able to travel to customer meetings and industry events as required
-Confident at industry and networking events
