Trade Marketing Co-ordinator

This employer based in Gloucester is an established, market leader in its field. They are a profitable FMCG business, vibrant, fast paced, forward thinking and continually growing.

The role

Essentially the role is to provide administrative support to the Commercial Manager, including sales reporting, sales forecast analysis, account planning and customer review preparation.

??? Collation of sales force forecasts
??? Compilation of weekly promotional list for Customer Services.
??? Assisting in preparation of each client quarterly/ monthly reviews.
??? Preparing with the clients, full sales force information pack on new products including specification sheets and updating all existing products on changes.
??? Maintenance of client stockists listing and preparation of appropriate gap analysis where required.
??? To prepare on a quarterly basis a spend accrual report. Providing to the Commercial Manager with a full investigation.
??? Requesting and arranging delivery of Point of Sale.
??? Producing any specially requested customer forecasts.
??? Speedy resolution of Credit claims and Price Queries.
??? Working to improve efficiency of communication between internal divisions
??? Build strong relationship with client contacts at all levels.
??? Build category and commercial knowledge and become the acknowledged expert on your client's category area.

Knowledge / Skills / Experience

Applicants should have either:

a) Previous experience of a sales administration or a busy customer service co-ordination type of role, i.e. being the key administrative and communications point of contact between the customer and all the internal divisions of a business.
b) A relevant marketing, business or finance degree and some relevant office based experience.

Solid excel skills, attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for all applicants please.
