Creative Office Administrator (6 months maternity cover - immediate start)

Are you available immediately to start work in a vibrant office within the Media industry?

Our client is looking for an Office Administrator to join their vibrant team on a FTC basis for a 6 month contract covering maternity cover. Your role will be essential to the business as you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients; therefore you will need to display excellent customer service and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities include:

* Being the first point of contact for all staff, visitors and clients
* Answering main switchboard
* Managing meeting room bookings, preparing them to top standard for internal and external meetings
* Organising catering for onsite meetings
* Juggling varying priorities that are constantly changing
* Booking and receiving courier deliveries
* Organising socials including the Christmas party
* Helping other teams and colleagues on administration where needed i.e. database management and research.
* Supporting the Finance Director with petty cash, credit card statements, bank reconciliations and general inputting
* Basic troubleshooting and setting up of office equipment. Reporting and auctioning any maintenance issues requiring attention.


The role will be wide and varied and would suit someone who has real drive and passion to deliver their best, use their initiative and be self-motivated. You must be able to juggle priorities, constantly multitask and be excited to take on all types of tasks.

Agency experience desired but not essential.

Although Sage 50 or Xero experience would be preferred, it's not essential. If you are a self-motivated all-rounder who is passionate about offering amazing customer service in a fast-paced and creative environment, apply now!
