Multi Trade Handy Person / Customer Care Operative
Own Van Required for this role

My client is looking for Customer Care Operative / Multi Trade Handy Person to cover the Swindon and Gloucester areas. They are looking for someone that has eye for detail and passion for work as quality and sensitively adding value is at the very heart of everything they do which is why the company is recognised as a leader in their field.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
- To carry out any works relating to properties as directed by the Customer Care Co-Ordinators, Customer Liaison Manager or Quality Manager which will include basic trade skills involved in the construction industry, such as carpentry, decorating, plumbing, etc. working to a programme and to deadlines.
- To report any problems or extra works requested by customers to the Customer Liaison Manager immediately.
- To always work clean and use suitable protection for all work areas.
- To carry out necessary paperwork to meet company requirements.
- To maintain good relations and follow all company procedures for carrying out work in and around my clients properties.
- To be punctual and polite at all times to the clients customers and work colleagues.
- Liaising with customers to ensure that they receive the service they expect.
- To ensure that published Authority Levels are adhered to at all times.

Experience Required:
- General knowledge and competence to carry out the following maintenance works: carpentry, plumbing, plastering (making good), ceramic tiling, roofing, painting & decorating, external works/drainage.
- Thorough knowledge of the Company and its products and processes
- To have a thorough understanding of the Company Health & Safety requirements.
- To be computer literate

- Must have own van and a basic stock of their own tools
