A progressive, highly successful commercial business is looking to recruit an 1st / 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst (Active Directory). This 1st / 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst (Active Directory) role is working for a commercially astute business that is going through significant and sustained growth.

As the 1st / 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst (Active Directory) you will take ownership of Active Directory tasks as well as be providing 1st / 2nd line service desk support to front office customers who are based throughout the UK.

As the 1st / 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst (Active Directory) will need the following skills and experience:

- Active Directory ownership (AD groups, user admin, permissions, email distribution lists, user access etc)
- Provided 1st and 2nd line support (Microsoft Office, applications, PC, desktop) within a Service Desk environment
- Update IT service desk incidents and service requests
- Microsoft Exchange distribution groups
- Good knowledge of desktop hardware and software

Working in a dual role with the focus on Active Directory, this is a dynamic position where no day is the same within a growing company who are at the forefront of their industry.
