IT Project Manager - Web Application / Software - Swindon

My client, a Cloud based software consultancy is looking for a IT project manager is needed to support the growth of my client's growing project and client portfolio based in Swindon. You will have a proven track record of managing client's projects from start to finish and work very closely with them throughout the process. Technically minded and driven indivudual is sought to work closely with stakeholders, clients and my client's PM team. You will have worked on a number of software biased projects including deployments across some of the following; software applications, cloud platform, web / mobile technology. The ability to demonstrate project life cycle experience and success is import and you will be certified or have strong working knowledge of the following methodologies; SDLC, Prince 2 and ITIL. It is essential that you are currently or have previously worked for in a software consultancy or a role where you were working very closely with customers onsite and experienced in "handling" senior stakeholders / CIO's at clients.

My client's software technology and business is an agile one and will keep on your toes with ground breaking thought leadership and technology to work with and experience of agile methodology and approach to projects with sprints etc is also essential. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in a project management role but the projects you own are similar each time. This one certainly offers you a unique opportunity. If you have worked in a Service Delivery role - perhaps as executive or manager and had some PM exposure this could be the one for you!
