We have a fantastic opportunity for you in the role of Database Technical Specialist.
The ideal candidate will have detailed experience of database management processes, technologies, tools and associated infrastructure to support the day-to-day responsibility of keeping our client's wide ranging database systems operating to the highest standard; much of which is critical to their public facing business operations.
You will be expected to hold relevant experience in Microsoft SqlServer and be able to evidence this knowledge. Experience of other database systems will be an advantage.
The department is responsible for the provision of services and applications to three major Clients, 500+ sites, 1,000+ servers, 20,000+ workstations, 10,000+ phone devices and supporting infrastructure that provides operational services to in excess of 15,000 staff.
