Our client, a dynamic national organisation is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Gloucestershire operation on a full time permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to build upon previous project management whilst also developing professionally within an exciting and dynamic environment.

As a Project Manager, your primary duties would involve working with varying stakeholders around the business to manage and deliver a dynamic programme of projects; taking full project ownership. You will also be required to report progress and give updates to other members of the senior management team.

Other duties and responsibilities include:
??? Working with a series of proposals for change to identify options for change, how they could be delivered and the implications of these changes
??? Pulling together project plans with measurable targets, detailed tasks, clear ownership allocation, required resources and timescales
??? Managing a portfolio of interlinked projects to include the allocation and monitoring of tasks
??? Ensuring a smooth delivery of change following the completion of projects; including the organisation or/and delivery of internal/external communication, training, recruitment and the collation of issues or feedback
??? Effectively reporting on project progress, keeping stakeholders and senior management team up to date
??? Producing appropriate documentation for circulation within the project teams
??? Working with stakeholders to ensure appropriate information is circulated effectively within the business
??? Suggesting ideas for the further development and growth of the business
??? Keeping up to date with current legislation and policy development relevant to the business

Skills and knowledge:
??? Previous project management experience
??? Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to manage and meet competing deadlines
??? An aptitude for working within a fast-paced and changing environment
??? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
??? Ability to write reports and present complex issues in a clear, concise format
??? Computer literate including all Microsoft Office packages
??? Business change experience desirable
