PIM Manager
We are currently recruiting a PIM Manager for our client, a multi-million pound international market leader with continued growth.
The successful candidate will be part of the highly driven and fast paced Marketing department.
Responsibilities:
Full accountability for planning, UAT and implementation of all system patches and upgrades
Train new starters on PIM system and ensure all users are up-to-date with new functionality post upgrades
Manage user licenses, setting up new users within license budgetary constraints, ensuring access privileges are fully analysed through thorough understanding of the role and product data system requirements
Creation of product data groupings, including data referencing from source to promote consistency across all groups and reduce risks of errors
Support for all PIM related technical support queries
Data cleansing on a regular basis, day to day management of data
Carrying out large scale system upgrades
Key Skills:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar product data management role
Knowledge of system integrations, upgrade and data migrations
Knowledge of XLXS, XML, XLST, Sql+ and Adobe InDesign advantageous
Knowledge of the STEP PIM system from Stibo Systems would be highly advantageous
Very detail oriented and highly organised
Ability to work well under pressure, prioritise and manage daily workload autonomously
Methodical problem solver
Confident communication skills at all levels and great customer support skills
Both a team player and leader
