A leading financial services firm is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a Dynamics CRM implementation programme. The business will be deploying the latest Dynamics 365 cloud solution and are seeking a BA with proven experience delivering CRM across multiple lifecycle projects. Initially a large focus across the role will be within GAP Analysis, an emphasis around the To-Be stage, Requirement capturing and Process Flows

Required Skills:

Desirable Skills:
