Lettings Manager - Maternity Cover

Location - Bishops Cleeve, Gloucestershire
Salary & Benefits - ??23,000 + OTE
Hours of work: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm with an hour lunch
Saturdays as per Branch rota with a day off in lieu

It can be a moving experience working at Andrews. Every day we meet people who are buying, selling or renting and it's a very important time in their lives. Our job is to make the process as stress-free and enjoyable as possible and guide them every step of the way. We've been doing that since we started over 70 years ago and we've now grown to having over 80 high street branches.
You will have a proven track record in Lettings and may already be running a small branch or be a senior negotiator wanting to take the next step on the ladder to fill an important role. You will be motivated to exceed targets, and share in our commitment to delivering the highest levels of customer service, integrity and performance.
Passionate about property, you'll be hungry for success, focused on targets and completely at ease with the nuts and bolts of letting houses and have knowledge of industry regulations. You will have the determination to win business, balanced with high levels of attention to customer needs and customer retention.
As a people manager, you will be expected to lead by example by motivating, developing and communicating with your team in order to get the best out of them. You will have superb organisational, communication and financial management skills. It also goes without saying that you'll be able to demonstrate your ability to get to grips with our systems, processes and policies.
Knowledge of the local area and being able to recognise market trends is essential, as is a full driving license.
