Based in Keynsham, Bristol

Our job is to make the process as stress-free and enjoyable as possible and guide them every step of the way. We've been doing that since we started over 60 years ago and we've now grown to having over 80 high street branches.
The Customer Service Advisor role will involve taking phone calls, booking appointments for valuations and or viewings as per the customer request. You will take telephone enquiries from customers and pass them to the appropriate Estate Agent branches. Recording events accurately; dealing with concerns and supporting the workload of the team. You will also make outbound telephone calls to our customers.
There will be an element of administration so you'll have an excellent telephone manner; great negotiation skills and have meticulous attention to detail. You will also have a working knowledge of operating IT systems in branches, ensuring all documents are backed up.
We are looking for trainees as well as experience candidates who have previous experience of working in a Contact Centre environment delivering the highest levels of customer service. Previous Estate Agency experience is desirable but not essential.
