Air conditioning F Gas qualified building services engineer
Based around the M4 / M5 Corridor between Nailsea, Bristol and Almondsbury.
Duties to Include:
Air conditioning Maintenance / Break down & fault finding,
Brazing qualifications,
Full F Gas certificate,
Experience of working with package chillers preferable,
Emergency light testing,
Maintenance of control panels,
Maintenance of Pumps/ motors/ fans and associated control gear,
Maintenance of Hot water systems,
Plantroom inspections,
General building maintenance,
Water hygiene ( weekly flushing/ monthly outlet temperatures/ tank inspections etc???.)
Fire alarm testing,
Minor drainage repairs/ blocked W.C's and basins etc???
AHU ventilation maintenance,
Building management system operators preferable,
Minor installation work,
Maintaining site records,
Other reasonable maintenance duties may be requested.
Candidate will be expected to assist with out of hours maintenance works as part of a team
Fan coil unit / ac filter cleaning/ distribution board power downs etc???.
Salary up to ??35,000 per annum + package ( ??77 PW call out allowance, company van, mobile phone , tablet, expenses)
