Role Overview:

The Business Development Co-Ordinator position is a newly created hands on role requiring a person with experience in a similar position who can build and develop this function within Consilium. Whilst largely an autonomous role, there will be expected day to day interaction with Account Managers, Consultants and marketing in order to achieve the most potential.

You must have a demonstrable track record in sales lead generation, proficient use of CRM systems and impactful internal sales support with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a B2B sales environment.

Responsibilities:

Help generate new business through the use of numerous channels and databases.
Prospecting and researching customers for new opportunities
Developing and managing our pre-sales database
Provide sales support to our Business Development Manager and Account Managers
Building an efficient pre-sales model
Co-ordinating the BD Manager's daily activity
Creating and maintaining monthly performance reports
Work collaboratively with colleagues
