Senior Support Analyst / 3rd Line Support - Gloucestershire - Up to ??40k
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Support Analyst to join a growing and experienced technical support team. In this role you will be providing tiered support in a highly technical environment where good customer service skills are a must.
This Senior Support role offers career progression and is working for an established SaaS company based in Gloucestershire that is using the latest technologies to deliver a cutting edge cloud platform.
In order to be considered for this Senior Support Analyst / 3rd Line Support role experience in most of the following is required:
*SQL Databases
*Database Structures
*Unix
*Proven Support experience, ability to act as an escalation point for 1st and 2nd line technical queries
*Providing root cause and trend analysis
This position is commutable from Cheltenham, Chepstow, Chippenham, Chipping Norton, Cirencester, Gloucester, Hereford, Newport, North Bristol, Stroud, Swindon, Tewkesbury, Witney and surrounding areas.
