Are you a surveyor with Student Accommodation experience? Want to work in a incredibly high achieving specialist team working with prestigious clients? Then I have a very exciting opportunity for you.

A very well known client of mine is looking for a chartered surveyor to join their Student Accommodation team, from Surveyor to Associate Director level. Working with some very well respected individuals on behalf of specialist international investors and developers, you will be providing a range of services from investment and development agency to planning and development consultancy.

About the role:

* Client focused role ensuring accurate and timely delivery of service.
* Mixed agency aspect to the role
* Providing Development Appraisals
* Providing financial reporting and budgeting for clients
* Research into Student Accommodation and university data
* Assisting in Pitches and presentations and growth of Dept.
* Assisting in General commercial work
* Fee Billing

About you:

* MRICS Chartered is essential
* Experience with Student Accommodation is essential
* Preferably both agency and development consultancy experience
* Knowledge of Prodev and Argus Developer
* Excellent communication and client interfacing skills
* Numerate
* Ambitious and driven
* Able to take on an increasing workload as you progress through the Firm
