Upto 50k depending on experience

A well-established national insurance organisation seeks a Senior Property Claims Handler for their Bristol office.
The overall purpose of the role is to deliver a high quality claims service to customers and insurers and contribute to the delivery of the claims business goals.
The Senior Claims Handler will review and resolve complex cases and proactively settle claims within authority limits alongside promptly handling and resolving all enquiries from both customer and external contacts.
Your focus will be resolving large complex property claims. As a senior member of the team the successful candidate will also handler referrals from Claims Handlers, advise and train Claims Handlers as well as assist in carrying out monthly claims audits.
Applicants wishing to apply for this role must have experience of property claims. The ability to show empathy to clients and be pro active in making claim settlement decisions is sought along with previous experience in undertaking staff claims audits.
