Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently searching for an experienced Area Hire Manager on behalf of our client based in the South West of the UK. This is an excellent and exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's leading modular building suppliers.
This role covers the Southwest and Wales region to include Plymouth, Bristol and Cardiff; as a result regular travel is required for which a company car is provided.
Main objective:
As an Area Manager you'll manage the installation of Hire Division Groundworks Projects, from their conception to installation.
Responsible for all component elements, Financial, Contractual, Programming, Pre Construction Planning, Construction Site Management, Health and Safety, and Project Management.
The following skills and qualifications are essential for this position:
* Practical operational experience potentially within a project co-ordination or supervision role. of a multi-trade environment.
* Experience in a commercial/customer facing role.
* IT Literate.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Good level of numeracy/literacy.
Desirable but not essential:
* Knowledge of SAP system.
* Experience in Managing Others.
* Educated to A-Level standard.
* 5 GCSE's Grades A-C, including Maths and English or equivalent.
