Internal Sales & Marketing c. ??26k DOE

Our client is looking for a talented and competitive Internal Sales Representative that thrives in a sales environment.

The successful person will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making numerous calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

The duties will include working on an existing database to contact and discuss possible projects and expanding our database by researching and engaging potential prospects.

? Follow up enquiries from exhibitions/mailers/leads/quotations
? Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
? Work through the database to ensure the information is up to date.
? Contact customers by phone and develop enquiries
? Work with marketing to promote product and services
? Excellent verbal and written communications skills
? Track record of over-achieving
? Operate to key KPI indicators
? Achieve or exceed goals and objectives

We are looking for bright, gregarious individuals who can work on their own initiative.

Ideally you should have/be:
? Inside sales experience
? Experience of dealing directly with the customer in a sales capacity
? Determined and hard-working and be able to learn technical concepts
? Track record of over-achieving quota
? Strong phone presence and experience of making numerous of calls per day
? Experience working with CRM
? Excellent verbal and written communications skills
? Strong listening and presentation skills
? Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively

Salary would be dependent on experience and capability within a band of ??22K ? 26K with a bonus scheme, contributory pension and other benefits
