PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST (16 hrs)
This world-famous organisation in central Gloucester is seeking to appoint a part-time RECEPTIONIST to act as the first point of contact for visitors to their site.
Main Duties:
> Meet & Greet visitors
> Answer telephone calls and redirect to the relevant person
> Answer general enquiries from the general public and clients
> Provide general administration cover as required
> Deliver excellent customer services
This role is initially offered on a temporary basis, working TUESDAY & THURSDAY 8.30am-5.00pm. Additional hours may be offered during busy periods and the role may become permanent in the future.
