To become part of this organisation you will to have the following ingredients.
* Manage all contracted food services in unit, organisation of food preparation and drive sales through centrally driven menu plans and promotions
* Be smart in appearance to specific client requirements
* Be trained to NVQ level 2 however NVQ level 3 in Catering and Hospitality would be prferred.
* Can manage large teams of people form diverse backgrounds.
* Has worked to very specific and controlled Gross profit targets.
* Holds a recognised food hygiene certificate
* Food ordering and the ability to keep records up to date for accounting purposes
* Food safety documentation knowledge and record keeping essential.
* Must have sound culinary knowledge as training will form part of your role.
* Multi site management could prove benifical.
* Computer literat
