Wise Employment are seeking an experienced Night Porter to join a 4 star property set in beautiful landscaped grounds and woodlands.
This is a night shift position and start times can vary depending on business needs, you will be working 5 out of 7 days and will include weekends and bank holidays.
Principle Accountabilities:
-To provide an overnight service for guests staying at the Hotel
-Have a vigilant watch for the outbreak of fire and care for the safety of guests and company property
-To be fully conversant with the facilities offered within the Hotel and with any promotions, special offers etc
-To communicate guests comments or requests to other relevant departments
-Responsible for the service of food (snacks) and beverages to guests through from 11pm to 7:30am
-To ensure all conference rooms are set up at all times
-Assisting in different areas of the Hotel in response to business and customer needs
Skills & Experience required:
-Experience of working in a 4 star property or more
-To demonstrate a pride in your workplace and high level of commitment
-Able to work night shifts on a constant basis and flexible with days/hours worked
-Able to commute to Tetbury at irregular hours - need to be local or have access to your own transport
