A Senior Projects Manager is required to manage the timely delivery of projects and a high quality output for works within budget based in Filton. As a Senior project manager working for a facilities management services employer who deliver services to the industrial and defence industry; you will receive a competitive salary alongside managing a typical budgetary responsibility of ??10,000,000.
As a Senior Project Manager you will:
* Oversee and manage the effective, complaint and timely delivery of Additional Works in accordance with Government Regulatory and Statutory undertakings, complying with all Health & Safety and Environmental standards and policies

* Review method statements & risk Assessments to ensure a high standard
* Plan resources effectively, set clear objectives and monitor to ensure milestones and targets are met
* Manage costs and value for money using technical knowledge and through sound commercial decisions
* Review site risk registers, follow management processes and notify Management of any defects on equipment or systems
* Ensure, as far as reasonably practical, that all persons on site observe the requirements of the project and work closely with the Mobile Authorised Persons team to ensure compliance
* Ensure compliance with the Asbestos register and management plan and the Legionella management plan
To be successful in securing the role of Senior Project Manager you will:
* Have demonstrable experience of supervising staff in Project Management including
* Leading an operational team to achieve KPIs
* Stakeholder Management
* Planning directing and controlling activities as well as the management of Costs
* Be educated to degree level in a building/Civil/electrical/mechanical engineering related discipline
* Current H&S and environmental qualification at a management level for example SMST
Typical backgrounds can include; facilities management, service/contract project management or relevant experience in the RAF, Army or military services.
In return for being a Senior Project Manager you will receive a salary of between ??42,000 - ??48,000
