Continuous Improvement Manager

Continuous Improvement Manager is required to join a rapidly expanding industry name in Gloucestershire on a permanent basis. The role offers a salary of up to ??40,000 plus a healthy pension, bonus and the chance to take on a lead role in a really forward thinking company, highly regarded within their industry.

Essential Skills/ experience:

* 3+ years' experience hands on experience with the end to end review of processes
* Experience working at start up or smaller companies lacking governance
* Necessary gravitas, prepared to challenge the current state of the business
* Brilliant communication skills, able to work across the business

Desirable skills/ experience:

* Lean Six Sigma expertise

Role description:

Working across the business, you will be required to identify, map, review and create business processes. You will lead the end to end life cycle of process change, from definition through to implementation, and clearly define changes required to realise benefits in terms of IT, capability and cultural impacts. You will provide recommendations to senior management on changes necessary to improve efficiency and quality and bring standardisation and consistency across the business. You will also be expected to ensure processes and procedures fully reflect requirements; designing new system and business process as required, and ensuring accurate documentation of processes and changes developing a framework to review and control processes considering regulatory, customer and business impacts.
