We are currently looking for a Part Time Telemarketing Executive to work in Cirencester. The purpose of the position is to establish and manage channels of communication on behalf of our client to develop new, long term business relationships. Using intelligent, diverse conversations to secure appropriate B2B appointments, you will build a personable, professional relationship with the client which will enable you to take ownership of the campaign. Under the supervision of your Line Manager, you will offer guidance and constructive comments to the client to improve the success of their campaign.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Together with your Manager, ensure your working hours meet the needs and requirements of the client campaign.
2. Make outbound calls for B2B appointment setting, data cleansing etc
3. Using Maximizer CRM, manage client databases to
a) ensure client prospect information is up to date
b) schedule call backs in an effective and timely manner
c) record accurate information during and after each conversation
4. Nurture and develop a strong working relationship with individual clients through
a) timely and effective responses to email requests
b) appropriate and regular telephone contact ensuring the client is included and up to date with the latest campaign results
5. Whilst maintaining a professional approach, maximise the number of calls made on behalf of clients to ensure productive and effective conversations
6. Be aware of conversations between colleagues and client prospects, offering support and ideas to overcome objections where appropriate
7. Produce client summary reports at the end of each calendar month
8. Any other tasks requested by your Line Manager or Managing Director appropriate to your employment status

Qualifications (a minimum of one of the following):
1. GCSE English Language, Maths and ICT Grade C or above or equivalent
2. NVQ/QCF (Qualifications and Credit Framework - replaced NVQ Aug 2012 ) Award level 1 or above in Basic Skills or relevant subjects or equivalent
3. Proven comparable experience of working at the appropriate level for a minimum of one year
Knowledge, Experience and Competences
1. An understanding of business to business appointment setting (preferred) or telemarketing
2. Ability to manage own time in an efficient and effective manner
3. Experience of using all forms of communication including written and oral
4. Experience or maturity to work unsupervised
5. Confidence to inform and contribute to the development of client campaigns and the Jonti business
Decision Making:
1. Under the supervision of, and jointly with your Line Manager, responsible for contributing to campaign specific decisions on a day to day basis. This will include offering guidance to clients to refocus their campaign where necessary; making informed amendments to client scripts where the client themselves request a change of focus eg prioritise a different industry sector for appointment setting
Contacts and Relationships:

1. Responsible for developing a professional working relationship with all clients
2. Responsible for developing a professional working relationship with the Managing Director, your Team Leader and with other colleagues
3. Responsible for developing a professional day to day working relationship with external contracted service providers to ensure maximum response with minimal delay to service requests (Maximizer helpdesk, technical support providers)
4. Represent the company in a positive manner at all times

Key performance related factors:
??? Target of one new business meeting to be set within a maximum of 6 hours calling
??? A progressive increase of positive leads to return to within your sales pipeline
??? Demonstrate the ability to engage prospects in intelligent conversation when making introductory calls on behalf of your client
??? Demonstrate the ability to identify and confirm information set by your client or by asking prospects a series of questions on your outbound telephone calls
??? Demonstrate the ability to communicate and manage your external clients of the company in a productive, professional yet friendly manner on a day to day basis
??? Encourage your clients to stay with us for the long term by meeting or exceeding realistic expectations and targeted results (for example, one new business appointment for every 6 hours of calling plus an ever increasing sales pipeline)
??? Maintain a consistent level of results on a weekly / monthly basis
??? Be in good attendance
??? Demonstrate the ability to work on your own if required
