Despatch/ Forklift (A and B shift)
Branston Ltd is the leading supplier of fresh produce to Tesco. Vacancies have arisen due to expansion to join our growing business committee to developing people and systems and delivering a first class service to our customers.
Required in our Despatch and Production areas
Main duties would include feeding the production lines with product and operate the computerised stock system. Ensuring all stocks are placed securely in warehouse areas, by product type and date order. Assist with accurate loading of all factory products onto vehicles and completion of all paperwork associated with finished goods.
We're looking for a motivated, responsible individual who is capable of carrying out the physical demands of the post.
The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and as part of a team, have good communication skills and work within Health and Safety guidelines.
A forklift counterbalance and/or Pallet Barrow license is essential. A Shunter license would be advantageous.
This position is based in Illminster. Living within a 20 mile radius would be ideal, and if looking to relocate, please state this on your application
Shift B - Wednesday (1:30 - Finish) and Thursday, Friday, Saturday (8am to Finish)
OR Shift A - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (8am - Finish) and Wednesday morning (8am - 1:30pm)

Hours of work:
Approximately 36.75 hours per week.
??7.98 training rate, ??8.62 when trained
