Our client is seeking a Contract Compliance Officer to work within their sales and marketing team to peruse, highlight risk and support commercial amendments.
You will, ideally, come from an aerospace or airframe business. You will be applied and able to read contracts and highlight risk both to the business as well as to the contractual terms set out by the business.
We are seeking a candidate who is an excellent communicator and able to take the points from the above, drive the solution from various stakeholders within the business and report back to senior management on a regular basis. You will definately be required to understand contractual terms and have a clear understanding of how to pin-point risk and raise commercial solutions.
You need to be able to offer a precise approach to contract perusal and be finite in your research ensuring that nothing is missed or overlooked. You will be an excellent negotiator and have strong evaluation skills.
This role could offer a clear path of progression for the right person. Global travel may be required and also the business will look more favourably to anyone who has a knowledge of export controls/ITAR.
