Revenue Manager - Leading Hospitality Operator (Fixed Term Contract) - Role Responsibility

Responsible for all aspects of revenue management, including calculating the rates, rooms and restrictions on sales in order to maximise the return. Contribute to the profitability of the business by ensuring effective cost controls within the Revenue / Reservations operation. Maintain consistent standards of service while creating a working environment that supports the organisational values.

Overall responsibility for the revenue performance of a set of key markets, with minimum support
Ownership of selling strategy for price mix of outlets within a market that optimises the overall company market performance
Liaise with sales team to identify revenue generating opportunities
Monitor pricing strategy effectiveness, changing prices and inventory controls as necessary
Use both internally developed pricing tools and the revenue management system
Provide proactive analysis of previous decisions made to show effectiveness of price and discounted rate decisions

Must have previous experience in a similar industry and able to demonstrate business / industry awareness
Must have previous experience developing budgets and forecasts
Must be standards driven and detail-orientated with the ability to organise and plan ahead
Must have the ability to lead, multi-task, and make sound decisions in fast-paced environment
