Are you a Maintenance Technician holding electrical qualifications of level 3 or above?
Have you completed the 17th edition wiring regulations and electrical inspection and test course?
Do you have experience working on domestic, commercial and industrial systems?

We have an exciting opportunity for a maintenance technician to join a well established multifunctional team, to help maintain two prestigious properties in Bath, These sophisticated properties are technically advanced with an array of mechanical, electrical and ICA assets that require maintenance to ensure reliable operation and compliance. As a result we are looking for a motivated individual who enjoys a challenge and takes pride in their work.

The successful candidate will be expected to carry out routine maintenance of both properties including the daily operation of the plant rooms and general repairs to front of house areas. The candidate would also be required to attend to re-active work such as plant breakdown, and be involved with planned works such as asset improvements and replacements. You will also be expected to join a standby rota (1 in 7) which covers both properties out of hours Monday - Sunday.

The ideal candidate should:
Be of an electrical bias with skills in PLC's, control wiring, instrumentation, motors, AC drives, transformers, battery systems, and protection devices
Be a time served technician who holds relevant electrical qualifications to level 3 and above
Have completed 17th edition wiring regulations and electrical inspection
Have experience working on domestic, commercial and industrial systems
Have an aptitude, desire and motivation to learn new skills including practical and soft skills
Have experience in mechanical maintenance, including pipework and ducting repairs and alterations, valve replacement and adjustment, mechanical seal replacement, pump repair and servicing
Had experience with pool water treatments systems and chemical dosing
