Based in Bath our client helps people buy their dream property in France. Thanks to their market-leading website, glossy magazine and extensive network of partners and estate agents they are in a great position to grow this part of the business.

They work with customers to define their requirements, arrange viewing trips to France to look at a range of properties and then help them through the financial, legal and negotiation stages of buying a property. The Property Services Assistant role is a key part of this unique, high-quality property service.

It's not a full-on sales role, but there will be goals and financial bonuses for the number of leads generated for our partners, so you will need the skill to tease out information and recognise business opportunities.

The key goals are

* to contact as many enquirers by phone as possible (no cold-calling)
* to understand their time-scales and property requirements
* to build a rapport so that they come to trust us as we work with them
* to identify high-quality leads for our property, mortgage and currency partners
* to support the Property Services Manager in developing the business
* to maintain good customer and lead records

The key skills and attributes required are

* Some knowledge of France is essential
* French language skills would be an advantage but not a requirement for the role
* genuine enjoyment in talking to people about their property dreams
* ability to empathise and build rapport with all types of people
* excellent listening skills to identify lead opportunities
* determination to maximise contacts and leads generated
* willingness to contribute ideas and enthusiasm to help us improve and grow the business unit

Remuneration: ??18000
