Are you an experienced Team Leader or Support Worker with an NVQ/QCF 3 in Care or equivalent and got a background in care, that includes having supervised others?
Right now, our client are looking for a Team Leader who shares their passion, values and dedication to join them in Gloucestershire.
You will be leading a team of staff and making sure the service you provide is to the highest standard of professional support, whilst keeping the team motivated and contributing to their development.
As well as proven relevant experience, you'll need to have completed foundation training such as LDAF, moving and handling etc.
We'll also be looking for excellent communication skills and an understanding of basic money management. Familiar with the legislation relating to the services provided, experience of working with people with disabilities, is also essential.
