With a range of advisory and consultancy services to offer, they collaborate with their preferred suppliers and provide their consultants with access to the best projects.

The Person

The ideal candidate will be driven, have ambition and experience in international agency recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales focused individual to join a dynamic and growing international team.

Our client is looking for someone from a recruitment background with a hands on approach, who is experienced in all stages of the recruitment process.
The ideal candidate would be able to effectively demonstrate "best practices" and promote brand awareness and education on our clients proposition and ideally would be able to prepare candidates for prospective client vacancy's to include outlining responsibilities, salary and benefits of the role, preparing CV's and correspondence with the clients, interview scheduling and providing feedback to the necessary parties, negotiating package and finalising arrangements between the candidate and client.

The Role

This role will require you to manage internal and external client relationships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction which will be achieved using problem solving ability, negotiation skills, responsiveness and continual communication. It will be your role to design and implement improvements to global recruitment policies and processes which will ensure streamlined, cost-effective, rapid, and high quality services are delivered.

The successful candidate will require strong consultative sales, a focus on client service and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines. The candidate will ultimately be responsible for building their own business within the wide business unit of Project Services where they will have the responsibility of prospecting and account-managing a select number of new and existing clients which they have sourced and introduced to business.

??? Basic salary of ??40,000 to ??65,000 with OTE ??150,000;
??? International travel will be required on occasion.


??? Knowledge of Bond Adapt Desirable
??? Proficient in Microsoft Office Essential
??? Experience with using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Essential
??? Industry specific experience in the areas of Life Sciences, IT, Financial Services (Fintech) or Emerging Markets Desirable
??? 3 years+ experience in Agency Recruitment Essential
