Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Education Desk
Location: Bristol
Salary: Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission - Year 1 OTE ??25k-??30k, Year 2 ??35k-??45k, Year 3 ??60k++
SmithCorp is currently looking to recruit trainee recruitment consultants to join our rapidly growing company.
This is an excellent opportunity to excel in fast meritocratic sales role - You are only limited by your own efforts. You will be offered the best training in the recruitment sector to give you the tools you need to earn money, quickly!
Although a degree is preferred, it is not essential - You will need to be bright and articulate, willing to work hard and have the ability to learn, fast.
We pride ourselves on recruiting on what you can bring to the company rather than your education.
Working a full 360 role typical duties in the office include but are not limited to:
Negotiating * Interviewing * Marketing * Networking * Advertising * New business development * Rapport building *
Realistically you will earn between ??25-30k in your first 12 months with us - this will also include a ??3k rise to your basic salary as you're promoted from a trainee to a consultant. Within 18 months here you should be on target to earn ??40k+ and within four years, you will be earning in excess of ??80k+.
Many of the top consultants in the company earn a six figure salary.
Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission
3 overseas trips a year
Monthly Lunch Clubs
Gym Membership
