Internal Recruitment Consultant

A rare and exciting opportunity has become available to work for a highly reputable and prestigious domiciliary care company based in Cheltenham for Internal Recruitment Consultant.

The company specialise in offering an exceptional home care service ranging from 1-24 hour calls. All clients are privately funded so the business can focus on good quality customer service. The business pride themselves on being different from all other care companies and were voted best domically care agency 2015.

This is a full time, permanent role paying ??18,000- ??20,000 per year working dependant on experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday (Apply online only).

Responsibilities for Internal Recruitment Consultant Include:

* Advertising of vacancies in a creative manner to maximise candidate attraction
* Pre-screening of potential candidates
* Arranging diaries for interviews
* Conducting competency based interviews and taking notes
* Giving constructive feedback to all interviewed candidates
* Issuing of contracts and offer letters
* Completing DBS and referencing inline with CQC procedures
* Completion of personnel file
* Ensure all training is up to date before commencing employment
* Managing candidates and maintaining open levels of communication through compliance process
* Attending jobs fairs to raise profile of the organisation

Person Specification for Internal Recruitment Consultant

* Experience in recruitment either internal or recruitment agency essential
* Ability to prioritise and manage workload
* Ability to work under pressure and meet company targets
* Strong written English
* Ability to be creative with candidate attraction
* Full driving licence essential
