FastTrack are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a specialist shopfitting and interiors contractor in the South West.
Projects include fitout and shopfitting contracts from ??60k-??250k running to 3-4 week programmes on average. Their clients include national and fledgling accounts. The position involves 2 days in office with the rest travelling nationally.
They are looking to add two new Project Manager to their team in the New Year and are now beginning the recruitment process.
Working on a national account with a well known client, or working with newer promising accounts, your duties will include the following as a Project Manager:
+ Writing programmes of work
+ Delivering multiple projects on time and on budget against your programmes
+ RAMS
+ Health and Safety Management
+ Subcontractor and Trades Management
+ Mentoring Assistants
+ Reporting in to a Contracts Manager on progress
+ Updating and working with the client, aiming to develop the relationship
+ Ensuring all aspects projects are delivered to a high standard
Applicants will need a demonstrable background as a Project Manager for a fitout/interiors company.
SMSTS, 1st Aid, and CSCS are required.
