Excellent customer car skills with a good phone manner?

2 years' experience of supporting MS Server 20xx Active Directory based systems?

2 years' experience of supporting MS Exchange?

Good LAN and WAN infrastructure knowledge and fault finding capabilities?
This this role is for you!

You will be working for an established, ambitious IT Company with significant scope for growth and significant opportunity for progression.

50% of the work will be office based as part of our large and busy Helpdesk Team and 50% of the work will be client site based - resolving faults, pro-active maintenance and project related.

The ability to prioritise and escalate work as appropriate is essential. The ability to work under strict SLA's fir availability and service is also essential.
This is a hands on role and would suit someone who has a strong technical background with excellent customer facing skills.
