The Role:
Reporting to the Operations Director, the successful candidate will be required to ensure profitable delivery of the company's SLA targets for their HGV provision, based in Bristol.
The main duties will revolve around selling available services, managing current HGV delivery team & staff as well as overseeing the entire recriitment & retention processes within that area of the business (Both delivery staff & apprentices).
Developing relationships with existing & current staff is a large part of the position & the ability to represent the programme as the leading programme in the HGV sector in order to continue a steady & maintainable pipeline.

The Candidate:
We need an organised, experienced person with a strong background within the HGV sector of private education. Ideally you'll have experience of driving forward a large provider & maximising the opportunity within a specific division.
Experience managing both delivery & support staff within the HGV sector is needed.
Someone with excellent attention to detail & the ability to liaise on a professional basis with everyone involved with the business is a must.
Qualifications Required:
Ideally holding a degree in a relevant field
A strong understanding of Apprenticeships
A strong understanding of Quality Standards
Full UK Driving License
Salary & Benefits:
You will be rewarded with a starting salary of between ??40,000 & ??50,000 (depending on experience, qualifications and skill-set) plus a car allowance of ??5500 P/A
