Are you a BIM/CAD Engineer from a construction, civil or technical background looking for long term progression into senior level roles, training through external courses and to be the go to Engineer on projects?
On offer is an opportunity to manage all projects from cradle to grave, develop and grow the role as you see fit and have a real impact on a growing business.
This company have recently opened 2 new offices and are growing their design function. They specialise in building consultancy with in the commercial and residential sectors as well as heritage sites and surveying.
This business can offer a good progression path to a senior level role or even Director. This business promotes promotion within so this is an excellent opportunity to grow with a team.
You will technical go to engineer to turn the designs into reality through using BIM software. You will be the only person doing this role in the company and therefore an integral part of the team.
This role would suit a BIM Engineer looking for progression, development and training.
THE ROLE
*Accurate and timely preparation of documentation including but not limited to drawings, models, estimates, schedules, quantities all as directed by the team.
*Liaising with both internal and external parties and stakeholders
*Preparation of drawings and models in accordance with the company's BIM manual
*Some UK wide travel and travel between offices in Hereford, Gloucester and West Wales(rarely)
THE PERSON
*BIM/CAD Engineering background
*Construction, Civil or Technical background
*Looking for progression, training and development
