Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator? Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator with experience in selling high end properties? Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator looking for a new role with a well established Housing Developer well recognised for their 5* quality?

A National 5* House Builder is looking to recruit an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator on a part time basis. The role is based in Gloucestershire and you will be required to work 4 days a week. From these 4 days, 2 days will be weekend work and 2 days are flexible weekdays.

This Developer is looking for the role to commence either side of Christmas and the New Year break so your availability would need to reflect this.

Key Responsibilities
- To achieve sales in accordance with the requirements laid down by the Company.
- The use of their SiteStream database to record any interaction with potential clients
- Ensuring excellent presentation of the development
- Assisting clients through the sales process, offering advice as necessary
- Ensuring the marketing suite, signage and show home area are presented to meet company standards at all times
- Attend fortnightly sales meetings and contribute to the group discussions to ensure sales targets are met

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Understand the sales process - building rapport, qualifying, demonstrating features and benefits, telephone skills, overcoming objections, closing the sale
- Excellent high end sales negotiation, influencing and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to multi-task
- Team player - with sales and site colleagues
- Well presented and professional demeanour

Salary and Package
- Annual salary on a pro rata basis is between ??20k - ??24k subject to experience with a potential OTE of up tp ??36k per annum.
